Bernadette Dube

I think Bernadette is great, she takes the time to talk to you. She’s understanding and compassionate.

She is dismissive of your symptoms and tells you that it's anxiety if she doesn't understand them. Really dangerous to be with a medical professional who dismisses your symptoms. I have experienced that for years from doctors and suffered because it took so long to find someone who finally found my heart condition.

I have known Bernadette Dube for over 20 years. Now she is my "First Place-Go To" medical advisor. I trust her judgment and respect her advice. She is very accessible when I need an appointment. She listens to me and I follow her directions, more so than with other physicians & advisors who have their own agenda. In the current health care system, it is difficult to get an honest, straight answer. I always get the truth from Bernadette Dube; like it or not, I listen! And it has helped me.

Every time I have gone to Bernadette she has been extremely helpful and very caring. It is clear that she takes her patients seriously and wants to provide them with the best care possible. I would highly recommend her to any family or friend in search of an excellent NP!

Horrible. I really hope Northport Family Medicine realizes how unsympathetic, unprofessional and out of line this NP is.

Short version: Terrible experience, zero empathy, dismissive about my heart “flip-flops” PVC type re occurring spasms, condecending attitude. I am not a “complainer” but I would highly recommend not seeing this Nurse practitioner Bernadette Dube. or anyone else when can’t locate the data for the 3 days of wearing a heart monitor & you have to try to convince them that you actually have a problem, be prepared to be asked to try to track it down yourself.
