They don't get back to their patients in a timely manner. Voice mail, no live person to talk with so maybe this will get someone's attention.

He does something that most practitioners don’t do: he sits you down & LISTENS to you. He actually does care. Would recommend this man to anyone 100%.

I have to say, I have had a few Doctors that I really could not relate with and felt judged and intimidated. Dr. Jeffrey, truly takes the time to ask questions and truly listen to your needs and efforts of wellness. He is thorough, has no judgemental mentality. I feel he honestly cares about his patients as well as his staff. I refer his services to everyone. I am a person that has a lot of pride and ego. It was hard for me to be honest with myself and another person your just meeting. He is easy to talk to and is highly professional and knowledgeable his area of practice. I highly suggest. I started seeing Ben approximately 3 years ago when my daughter cut me out of her life, and other family relationship had been derailed. Ben is a wonderful practitioner, and has helped my walk, and today while I still see him, I am doing so much better. I was also unable to sleep when I first came to him, he spent a year helping find what would work for me (it was no easy thing but he never gave up). He also listened to me with an understanding ear, as I was beginning to think I was crazy.

Dr. Jeffery put me on a medication with a short half life. I had to take the pill every day by noon or within an hour or two I would feel very intense withdrawals. When I told him that I kept forgetting to take it and was going through withdrawals every day he just said "Just take your meds". Later I found out that there was an extended release version of the pill and if Dr. Jeffery had known or told me about it, it would have solved all my problems with the drug.

Benjamin Jeffrey is extremely knowledgeable within his field and very professional. Simply talking to him and hearing his explanations on how our minds work and how we as humans often feel puts my mind at ease. I have learned quite a few little techniques that has helped me cope. I very much enjoy sharing my life's problems and mental health issues with him. I do not feel judged and he has demonstrated an open mind to anything i've ever talked about. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Ben is very calm, knowledgeable, and inviting. I feel well taken care of during and after appointments with him.
