On February 12, 2024, was my third visitation with Benjamin (Ben) Gensler. He is a gentleman who cares, in that, he was very concerned about the healing and progress of my left knee replacement. He enquired about my care during Physical Therapy and whether I felt I was receiving the best care. To review my progress, he had me bend the knee and raised my leg to determine whether I had gained strength and made progress during therapy - I did. All my visitations with Ben Gensler is directed by my Surgeon Dr. Colin Kingston as follow-up appointments. My second appointment with Ben Gensler was to find out whether my knee had gotten infected and follow-up for Lab work at Sentara Hospital. Once in Ben's care, he relaxes and prepares you for your upcoming visit, either with your physician or therapist. During your visit with Ben, feel free to ask him any questions regarding your healing as he is always anxious to find out. He truly cares.
