Urgent care Doctor Behnaz Babaknia was effective in my immediate care, she made sure I was comfortable and had antibiotics called in for prescription before I was discharged. Would recommend for emergencies.

The positive experience began as soon as i walked in, observing the interaction between the patient and receptionist; mine was equally as pleasant. I was escorted by a friendly and caring nurse into the exam room at exactly my scheduled time..another plus. Then Dr. Behnaz Babaknia came in for my assessment. She immediately put me at ease with her genuinely caring demeanor and calming approach. I was so impressed i asked her if she is accepting new patients. Lastly, I will leave you with this: I will drive to Westminster Urgent Care from Long Beach to see Behnaz Babaknia (about a 30 minute drive in traffic) than go to MUC on Bellflower and Stearns which is five minutes from my home.

She was very thorough & quick given I came in needing antibiotics and she knew the pharmacy next door would be closed soon! I really appreciated her concern and attentiveness since I wasn’t feeling well and new I needed my medication that night. This location has been my urgent care for 4 years now for myself, husband and two boys . They have been exceptionally pleasant, professional and have helped us all feel better with their tender care! Words can’t express how thankful I am for all of them- from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors they are the best!!!!

Behnaz was very warm, kind, and thorough. She made sure she had my history correct, she checked all of my medication’s and made sure to delete any that did not apply any longer, and she really listened to my concern and complaint about my injury. I felt that I was treated with respect, and I would recommend Behnaz to anyone!

On my third comeback for wound follow-up, I met doctor Behnaz. I feel so lucky to see her because she took care of my infected burning wound very carefully. She treated me as if she was a burn specialist. Very caring and knowledgable, so I felt really comfortable and secured.

She's friendly. She explained today's visit along with the medicine that I needed to take. She made me feel comfortable in asking questions.

She is so kind caring and direct on her diagnosis. My daughter and I felt cared for like we were family.

Dr B was quick to listen and diagnose my concern when I came to urgent care. She addressed it with the appropriate medication and took the time to explain in detail how to resolve my issue! She is awesome and highly recommended.

I waited for over an hour, only to have my concerns dismissed. The doctor's demeanor was extremely rude and condescending, and she didn't bother running any tests. I felt invalidated and like my concerns weren't taken seriously.

I liked that I was listened to. I didn’t feel dismissed and I was taken care of. On-the-spot treatment was provided and I left feeling much better than I did when I came in to the office.

Dr. Babaknia is very kind, caring and professional. She patiently went over my issue and was more than willing to answer any questions. She’s an amazing doc with a great demeanor. Highly recommend.

She had unprofessional , annoyed tone during my visit. She barely looked at my symptoms and saw me less than 5 mins. She typed on her computer most of those 5 mins. Worst doctor I have ever seen!

Dr Babaknia explained things well, such as what she was doing and why. She was very patient with me and really listened to what I said. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful as well. Actually exceeded my expectations.

She was so kind and patience! She helped me take off the threads from a bad breast augmentation. She literally saved me from so much pain and a bad infection. Thank you Behnaz! You have a heart of gold and great hands; thanks for taking left over threads out of me.

She was great and very thorough! She made a quick diagnosis and a quick treatment plan. I felt great by the time I left the office!
