My husband & I arrived for his appt. @ its start time, & this resulted in being turned away b/c we couldn’t make it b4 his appt time. I could understand a professional refusing to see a patient who was late, but 1 who walked through the door on time coming as quickly as he could from work as we explained would be the case when we sched the appt should be seen, especially when the need is so great. This had major consequences on his health. Very disappointed & hurt. This is dangerous. Do no harm.
