Before we saw the Godbouldt a lady was running out of her office yelling "I told you I'm not going to see that woman (Beatrice) anymore, she's rude". We soon found out why. She was soon yelling at me for wanted to be present during my wife's routine exam. It ended in her refusing care and my wife and I fileing a complaint with HR.
