He is very friendly but the best thing is he listened to me to describe my problem so he could assess it correctly. I went to another doctor who gave me incorrect information but Dr. Basden was able to diagnosis my problem and correct it. I never felt rushed and his assistant, Sally, was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. I would give them 10 stars. D. Joyner
