First, she lied to me! She told me several times that I need treatment 3 times a week or it won't work. She told me this only because my insurance company approved me for this. I then called 3 other acupuncturists who told me otherwise. It was freezing in the treatment room! When I told her, she said she'd turn on the heater. I froze through the entire treatment! When finished, I saw that she had only put the heater on low. She jabbed me hard with the needles, causing me pain!
