Autumn was the provider in Clayton for several years. We appreciated her professional and empathetic care there. When she left, we struggled to find similar providers as they brought in new ones. So we switched to Demorest as our office since Autumn truly exceeds the level of professionalism and empathy of the other providers we've seen in Clayton.

Autumn is an amazing provider. My daughter has been battling an ear infection and congestion since October and we just switched to NGPG. She listens and is very passionate about the care she provides. She listened to our concerns. She offered testing to try and figure out why the infection won't go away. She has gone above and beyond to give us the best care. She responds to messages on mychart in a timely manner. We are happy to now have a caring provider care for our children for their routine and sick visits. I feel like theres not enough words to express how thankful we are to finally have a pcp that cares about our children's health! Thank you Autumn for everything you do!
