Audrey was very nice and patient with me. I didn’t feel rushed or if I was a bother with all my questions and concerns. She listened to me and I felt important. I started my medication the same day and after suffering from a migraine for 14 days straight, I went a whole day without a headache. I’m forever grateful for her!

I went for a referral for a sleep study. A simple office visit that somehow ended up with a surgical procedure that never took place submitted to my insurance company.I guess for the positives, the visit was quick - under ten minutes - and the doctor referred to was good.

My mother used United Healthcare's list of providers. We called, scheduled an appointment which was two weeks out, a few days later, they called and cancelled it, wanting to reschedule. We rescheduled two weeks out-ish, then they called a day before the appt and cancelled again, stating the doctor was sick, wanting to reschedule three weeks out. This is after the Doctor (not a doctor but a Physician's Assistant, there is a difference) stated my mother needed to see someone, as it could be more serious than diminished hearing. We rescheduled. The afternoon before her appointment, they called again and cancelled, stating she did not have a referral so we took her off the schedule. I called them back and stated leave her on the schedule, I'll bring the referral. 'No can do'. Tried to schedule almost a month out. IF you need help, you better think twice about how they treated my mother, and how they may treat you. I reported them to United Healthcare for what they did to my mom.

Audrey the PA saw me for an ear infection and the visit could not have been any more courteous or professional. She was kind, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and had an attentive and patient bedside manner. Audrey took the time to explain to me what my prescriptions were and how they worked. She made me feel at ease and was overall wonderful. I am feeling much better and I would recommend anyone to see her for your ENT needs.
