Worst experience
She wasn’t thorough, rude, seems to just like ordering extra tests. She is a terrible PA. I hope no one ever has the displeasure of seeing her.

I saw Ms. Cokain at the immediate care center at Hendricks Regional Health in Brownsburg for dysuria. Received "physician billing"($180) which is ridiculous but to be expected in corporate medicine. She ordered a work-up for dysuria that the lab billed at over $600. Six hundred dollars. Six hundred dollars on top of "physician billing." I can't even begin to explain how absurd charging $600 for a vaginitis panel and urine culture is. I recognize that she can't control what the lab charges but if she had engaged in shared-decision making with me and said "I'm gonna order over $600 in lab tests for the simple problem of dysuria in a young female," I would have said "no thank you". The truth is she probably didn't know and that's on her. TLDR I spent 2 months rent ($800) seeing Ms. Cokain for simple dysuria and it was not even close to worth it. You can see a real doctor for the same problem for a quarter of that price.
