Athena is truly a very exceptional and knowledgeable care provider, an amazing human being with a compassionate and caring heart for her patients. I was very sick when I first came to see her, I was treated with kindness, With respect and dignity by her, I was not judged or felt uncomfortable like I have at other medical providers. She listen to my concerns, and she always makes me feel like I am her only patient. She took her time to explain conditions, blood results and medical treatment. Very rare and valuable quality, she truly has heart for her patients, and that’s the kind of doctor you want on your side. Thanks to her and the medical treatment I am better and on my way to a healthier me. I am truly blessed to have her as my medical provider, she is a blessing in my life. Like most people, going to the doctors is not an exciting event and a little nerve racking. Especially when you schedule your pap/gyn apt. like I did today. But Dr. Athena had such a good sense of humor and remained professional while I cracked all my lesbian jokes. How many times have you heard a doctor and patient laughing so hard - practically in tears during an apt.? And the office was completely full and the friendly staff checked guests in & out efficiently despite the tangible frustration of some patients waiting. As always, thank you Dr. Athena & her awesome team for making my trips to the doctors office not so dreadful :)

I truly do not know where to start with the care I receive from Athena. She is compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, and listens. She researches and educates you as the patient on your diagnosis or condition. She provides quality care in addition to really caring for you as a patient. She wants you to get better. She is also an advocate for you when getting you seen by a specialist. I’m so glad she is in my corner. I truly believe if it wasn't for her, I would not be recovering the way I am.
