Caring and knowledgeable
Ashley Yackeren has been my primary care provider for many years. I am a complex case with multiple health issues. Ashley listens intently to all my concerns and uses her medical expertise to work with me as a team to resolve my issues. She also has a very calming demeanor which is very helpful at medical visits. Highly recommend Ashley!

Unsympathetic, unprofessional and humiliating
I had an awful experience with Ashley that made me leave in tears. She's unsympathetic, unprofessional, and humiliating. I don't want to go into details, but I highly recommend passing on using her services if you require care.

Ashley is apethic and very rude. She gave me a difficult time when I requested medication that I have been on that my former provider. She does not understand mental health or neurological conditions. She refeared me to a drug depenency program because I asked for medication that I have been previously prescribed. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I saw Ashley today 6-13-2019 as a new patient in Clifton Park. Very nice and very through. She is completely professional and has a very competent and reassuring demeanor. She really cares about the patient and in this day and age that is refreshing. To be honest there is nothing but good to report here. Was a outstanding experience and I am very lucky to have her as a primary care physician. Highly recommended. Practice is very lucky to have her on staff.
