Ashley is extremely helpful for my personal mental health. I've had the pleasure of meeting with her in both my past and present. She takes the time needed to listen, understand and challenge me by thinking deeper and examining myself. She somehow uncovers the answers and thoughts that are needed for help to be found and applied IN MYSELF. Her counseling approach has worked very well for me. The additional EMDR experience she's taken me through recently has been mind blowing. I affirm this therapist and am blessed to continue our visits online even though I've moved to another part of the state of NC!
