Incompetent
I was seen by Dr. Seale several times last year. One of my meds is a controlled substance. Rx says to take as needed. After doing so, I was reprimanded for urine levels not present when I had made it clear to previous Dr that he had not called in my med for 3 weeks. Then I was transferred to Dr. Seale because in 2024, Dr. Aderhold was forced out of the practice. Dr. Seale urine screened me and said that it was not present again, not taking into consideration the the previous Dr. did not call my meds in for 3 weeks. Of course its not going to show because I'd not taken it in 3 weeks. Dismissal letter says meds should be taken as prescribed. My RX SAYS TAKE AS NEEDED. I DID. I don't know what her problem is but she does not take responsibility for her mistake. This med was taken 36 hrs prior and only has a half life of 12 hrs. Which means it wouldn't have showed up after 3 days when she tested me. Do not trust her.

Ashley is so very thorough! She has a heart of gold! Her experience and knowledge rivals anyone. She has taken such great care of my health needs! She is always seeking the best answer to help me with my neuropathy! She is just a fantastic provider and I am so happy with my care! SOFHA is very blessed to have her as a provider!
