I had a great first visit today. I can’t speak for any of the other reviews on here but Ashley took her time and explained everything to me about my diabetes and helped me get started to better monitor my blood sugar. I’m a nurse and I value good care providers. In my opinion, she was professional, efficient, thorough and very helpful. I would recommend seeing her. ????

Very nice lady but she gives you nothing extra than what you see in the magazines. You will get more from a magazine than a session with her. Download the my fitness app which she will recommend. I felt like wasted my time.
