Does not work outside her narrow scope of understanding of typical gastro disorders and treatments. No eye contact. No empathy. Laughed at me when I asked a question about finding a doc to do a colonoscopy. Not interested in understanding me as a patient. Condescending.

Uncooperative, combative, and not trustworthy
Unpleasant to work with. Uncooperative and combative. Finding care shouldn't be this difficult.

Extremely Dissatisfied
I am incredibly dissatisfied with the care I received from Ashley McKillop, NP. She came across very judgmental, condescending, and the information she gave me was not helpful. I left her office in tears. Her Rocky Mountain Gastro office also does not allow voicemails after hours, which is so inconvenient, inaccessible, unequitable, and unprofessional. She referred me to get other tests and wrote me a prescription, but my time with Ashley left me feeling hurt, hopeless, and like I wasted my time. She also made me come in for an office visit even though our follow up absolutely could have been done via telehealth.
