Ashley Majoskey, PA-C

She’s absolutely the best knowledgeable and hard working and determined to help she gets it done!! Her staff could take a few pointers from her but do not hold that against her you will not be disappointed with her

Dr Majoskey is wonderful - no complaints. The problem is her office staff. Any request for help is met with the requirement of needing an appointment. They fail to respond to CPAP Supply requests from a new supplier (claiming multiple requests never received). They will not release information needed by CPAP supply providers to the patient - the supplier has to request and the only way to request is via fax that they don't respond to. I made a medical records request in March - still haven't received anything or any response (it's June now). There is no way to get messages to Dr. Majoskey - again you have to book an appointment. I've spoken to the Office Mgr before who has apologized for my experiences. Had to leave another message for her today because after a month of my new CPAP supplier trying to get a form signed with no response the office finally acknowledged but wrote denied - appointment needed. I am not writing about my visit, I'm writing about the aftermath. The office staff, including the office manager, block access to this provider. I had a sleep lab one month ago that I cannot find out the results of, medications being prescribed and delivered that haven't been explained to me. In fact, I knew nothing about them. I'm getting called about referrals to other providers, with no information as to why. I thought Ashley was a wonderful doctor, but I've only seen her twice, with the last time being over a month ago.The communication from this provider, and her staff, is frustrating poor. What's worse is, they treat the patients like they're a nuisance.

I saw Ashley Majoskey at the end of July. I had my labs done. The lab told me my results were uploaded. I first started calling 3 weeks later for my test result I was told by the receptionist they just got my results and have not been read. They will call me. Waited a week called back the office manager tells me she is in and out of office should here from her Monday. NOPE no such luck. The Dr seemed great. Got the bill no results. Will be transferring my care. Almost been a month. I have been very disappointed in the run around I have been receiving.

She listens, she explains, she observes, she ponders, she asks, she is so refreshingly pleasant to be around as a patient, she has compassion and empathy, and it wholeheartedly committed to your care. I HATE doctors for the most part, but Dr. Majoskey is my favorite!

I always have a great visit with Ashley she makes you feel comfortable and also makes sure you understand what she is talking about.

She is very concerned about any questions or comments I had. She takes time to clearly explain things. She is very kind and care. She shows that she genuinely cares.

She listens to me, all the way to the end of my thought then she starts her diagnosis, she never interrupts me or hurry’s me.

I called with an emergency situation and was scheduled promptly. A cancellation occurred and they called me to come even sooner given the nature of the situation. The care Ashley and Lacy and everyone there gave me is unmatched. I cannot thank them enough. Ashley explained everything I needed to do and listened tirelessly to my many concerns. Lacy truly was a huge help in calming a very scary situation. I couldn't ask for a better care group. Thank you to all.

I had a great visit with Ashley Majoskey! My appointment was on time. She is very thorough. I value her diagnosis, she knows her business. I would recommend her to all of my good friends.

Every time I have met with Ashley she is pleasant, smiling and very personal in her approach. I feel like more than next on the appointment list. She listens and answers with understanding. She has improved my health a lot.

Ashley was very concerned and took the time to listen to me and I appreciate that. I have had doctors that I have been to that don't listen and there in and out within five minutes. These type of doctors I don't go back to. She takes the time to listen to all my questions and answers them completely with the knowledge that she has and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I know I'm not the best patient and I'm not easy to purseade into doing things that I'm not comfortable with. She has listened to my complaints about using a CPAP and my concerns. She has been very helpful in explaining things about the CPAP. She is not pushy and realizes that my concerns are real too me and they are of great importance. I would recommend Ashley as very excellent because of her concern and treatment given to me and probably other patients. She is wonderful!
