Ashley House, FNP-C

I’ve been through my gambit of doctors (due to moving and insurance changes). I have had a diagnosed autoimmune disorder since 2016. I have done a lot of medical research and gained a lot of knowledge on how to manage my condition. I know what a good provider is. Ashley House is not a good provider. My concerns with her practice is: 1. She does not listen to requests to run labs, she flat out refuses2. She challenges patient experience 3. Argues with treatments that have worked a 4. Is dismissive of patient when patient disagrees or requests something she is not educated on I had 3 visits with her and her tone of dismissal is extremely unprofessional and belittling. She refused to order the labs necessary that would provide a full picture of my health so that “we” could proceed knowledgeably. Good providers ask why the patient is wanting to request certain tests. Ashley House arrogantly refused all my requests, saying the requests I made were not necessary. No questions.
