I saw Pakier for about a month and a half, and stopped going because his treatment did not help at all. He had a strict philosophy about his practice, and you must have it too. He wants you to read a book, practice mindfulness 24/7, and adopt his philosophy. I struggled believing in what he does that you are different than your brain, and your brain creates all of your suffering. He was awkward to talk to so most of our meetings were him doing the talking.
