Not a good first impression at all.
This whole situation was weird. I showed up for my first appointment, which I had requested and confirmed to be an in person visit. I was told, no, it's telehealth, which I literally can't do. Office staff said they called the day before, but I had no missed calls or messages from them. Then the NP (Ashee) that saw me seemed to be actually trying to misunderstand me. I was a bit rattled by that, honestly. If someone is there for treatment, why is the appointment so rushed? I did not feel as though my specific situation was really heard or understood and I did not feel secure in her treatment recommendation.

I had a different experience ...
Telehealth
Nurse Waryam did start the telehealth session about 3 minutes late. I found her to be attentive, pleasant, and professional while expressing an appropriate level of concern. I 'saw' her because I was in crisis and my normal PNP was not available. She had clearly taken some time to familiarize herself with the general contours of my case before joining the call. It's hard to believe I was speaking to the same person to whom those 1 ratings were speaking to.

!!'DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENERGY!!!!
Shes a cookie cutter joke of a nurse practitioner , I felt unheard and disregarded and like she was just yet another money hungry person in this business for the wrong reason, simply following medical procedures to just hurry and get through the appointment regardless of anything that she heard which she obviously wasn't even listening. Also she was 2 & a half hours late for the appointment,I had to keep calling the office making sure that she didn't forget me or that I didn't have the wrong day. This woman was definitely just going through the motions and has no intention of really helping in the long run. Will obviously never go back.
