Listens to problems, explains things well, and is very throughout about running tests and doing what is needed. She is a good doctor not a pill pusher. It is sad to see someone leave a 1-star review because they were seeking pills and didn't get them. She is a good Dr! Good Drs don't give pain pills for ear aches. If you want a doctor that follows protocol, checks you out in person, checks out your labs, has the MA run tests as well as bloodwork, this is a Dr for you. I was worried about some heart problems and my previous Dr wouldn't run any tests cause of COVID she just saw me on the phone and pushed me along, but Dr. Mason ran many tests and was extremely thorough! After my experience, I am confident in putting my faith and trust in Dr. Mason to help me. Don't listen to bad reviews of people wanting pain pills because their ear hurts! Unless you are a druggy looking to get high and die young you don't want a doctor that gives out narcotics because of stubbed toes or earaches.

Excruciating earpain from an infection. She tells me to take some ibuprofen. Like no kidding, I've been taking tons of it and it doesn't help. Waste of time and resources.
