I have been meeting with Arlene for 4 years now and I have always felt comforted and uplifted by her presence and style of counseling. As a then 18 year old facing the realities of depression Arlene was one of the only providers that made counseling affordable and available for me. She has been a great help in my journey and is one of the reasons I am still alive today.

I went to Arlene when I was a high-school-age teenager after my parents divorced. I would go in and sit on her couch and just talk about junk. She sat there and LITERALLY said nothing EVER. She didn't direct conversation, ask pointed questions, or offer suggestions to problems. But that didn't stop her from taking my parents money and telling them we were making progress. Total waste of money--a total joke.
