She doesn’t know how to be a good doctor. Simple test just ignore it. Does not care about patients.

Awful and rude
Didn’t listen to a word I said. Changed my appt to a virtual visit and then called me two hours earlier than my appointment. Then around 14 minutes in, she told me I was on the phone for 30 minutes and keeping her from her next appt. They called me early and my phone said our call was 14 minutes. She just lied through her teeth and then told me I’m making her late to other appointments. Beyond awful and didn’t listen to any of my symptoms!

absolutely wonderful nurse practicianer. Better than any doctor I have seen in my lifetime. Caring, considerate, listened to me, gave wonderful suggestions, explained everything to me in a way I understood. Took an interest in me as a patient. She is no longer with the clinic where she practiced and I am heartbroken because I feel I will never find another person like her to take care of my health needs.

Miss Arlene was very prompt and helpful to my conditions. Although my usual health practitioner had left, she picked right up and reviewed my health issues. I would highly recommend her to others. With her diverse knowledge and caring bedside manners, she received 5 stars!
