Today, I was seen by Arlene Kavanagh for foot pain, which I thought was tendenitis, but after X-rays it was noted that the structure of my foot was collapsing . I know the drill, for that was the reason, for surgery on my left foot, a triple arthrodesis, January 2020. There were options, surgery, cortisone injection , physical therapy. I had a terrible experience many years ago after a cortisone injection was given to me, and anytime I need one it causes me extreme panic. Arlene is very compassionate and listened to my concerns, reassuring me, and explained her technique for the injection, even had another staff member come in so I could hold on to her. Yes it hurt for seconds, and I hung onto her assistant, and yelled a little bit but happy to do it with the hope of relief for a while. Arlene was wonderful, and so appreciate the care I was given by her today, many thanks to her assistant!!

She is extremely kind, and you she never is rushing you. I have seen her a # of times and she and all the Dr's at this practice have tremendous manners and do put the patients first
