Listened to my husband's concerns about his severe back pain, took the time do do tests and explained everything clearly and in a way we botb understood. Made sure the pain was managed and my husband felt he was taken care of before he was discharged. I was very impressed with the level of care he provided

Was seen in ER. He was dismissive of SOB. Violated patient rights refusing to let patient read CT scan report saying he was not comfortable giving out this information. Withheld Oxygen saturation drops information when asked how low oxygen dropped while walking. Falsified documentation in dictated report. Horrible!
