I had a very good experience working with Ariel. She provided a safe and comfortable environment for me to work through a very difficult time in my life. Ariel also had a dynamic range of modalities that we were able to employ at different times, depending on what was needed. In just three months, we were able to move through a lot of territory and I went from a very dark moment to a very free, open, and bright place in my life. I highly recommend her.

I would defiantly recommend Ariel. She helped me a lot when I was going through some really scary thoughts.What I remember the most is just how understanding she was, she knew that somethings would take more time for me to open up to. An example being, when I was having trouble talking to people of the phone, I would get really scared and just wouldn't be able to make appointments for myself with out having a family member do it for me. Now I can not only make appointments for myself, but also put myself out there more when it comes to my work.She also was very caring about me even when I stopped caring about myself. She would change where we were for our appointments, with my agreement of course. For example, when I mentioned that I had trouble finding time to go for walks, she planned a walk at the park. Which we did, and I even got to talk more about my issues. It was very nice, and a welcomed change at the time. I really can't recommend her more!

I am very thankful you are giving me opportunity for when I am in a time of need that I can still reach out! I will definitely update you with how things are going good or not so good. Underqualified for complex cases. Probably fine if you have a teen who is just having trouble growing up.
