Hi! Nice to share this journey with you. I am a seasoned therapist and I use evidence-based interventions, as well as educate. My primary focus is person-centered counseling, however, I have found cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects of our mental health and what we know, determine how we navigate our worlds.
