Price bumping
Told them that I wanted just a regular eye exam. One month later billed me for a Diabetic eye exam for $100 extra that I said I did not want. Said my medical insurance demanded it even though they would not pay for it. This was in addition to the eye exam that my vision insurance paid for. Do not give these people access to your medical insurance info. told me that medical insurance can dictate to me what I have to have not what I ask for. disappointed after 20 years of being a customer
