Myofascial release therapy
The service was amazing. I tried Physical therapists literally all over the city with my work health insurance. None of them worked long term. After being recommended to Southwest from a friend, I tried myofascial release because my back pain was too painful. It was life changing. I ccan do sports again! The pain went from a 10 to a 2. So overall super satisfied. And that was two years ago.
