Best exam and explanation of my eye health ever! Very pleased with his professionalism and skilled attendant's performance. He certainly has my confidence!

I was with Dr Turk for 16 years, the first 14 were great. Then Dr. Turk had some health issues including possible mini strokes, possible TIA's and developed a hand tremor in 2016. After that my eye glass RX was off and when I said I couldn't see with the glasses instead of the usual great service to correct the issue Dr. Turk just blamed it on my eyes. My spouse started having the same issue at the same time but we stuck with Dr. Turk for 2 more years out of loyalty to him. It didn't get better and we switched. The new eye doctor Dr. Stremcha fixed bother our Rx right away and we can both see again. I'm not sure Dr. Turk should still be practicing, he can't do the job and his personality is definitely different in a bad way. I can't recommend him anymore which is so sad as I used to be able to. Please don't go through what we did. I'm sorry to have to say that but your eye sight is worth more than a Doctor who can't offer good treatment.

The doctor is amazing. I trust all that he says about my prescription and eyes. However, it is so sad that I found an amazing doctor and am to a point that I will not go back to see him because of his staff. Every time I deal with the staff they are rude or have no idea what they are doing. The red head sits behind the desk and does nothing when asked for help, which is probably good because she has no clue how to measure people's lenses or anything. I am so frustrated with the staff.

i had an appointment in the early part of June 2016 and his office ordered my glasses incorrectly 3 times and this is 9/13/2016 and i still have not received glasses with the prescription Mr. Turks office has ordered. i feel his employees are incompetent in their ability to order glasses. his employee talked me into having a test done, optos for $35.00, come to find out they did not submit this to my insurance to see if they would pay for it and then i found out it is an experimental test.

Dr Turk seems to be qualified - my husband is a patient and loves him. On the other hand, I had a problem and all I got from his staff was that I needed to give it time to adjust to the new glasses. I gave them 1 1/2 yrs it never got better. Just had another eye exam and the glasses were exactly what the Rx called for, problem was based on my exam from another Dr., the original exam was incorrect and a slight astigmatism was over corrected which caused dizziness, nausea and headaches.
