The receptionist is rude and the staff there follows that attitude. Completely baffled by the lack of customer service and understanding. Don't dare to have a family member have multiple seizures and be hospitalized and need to reschedule, because that is beyond inconvenient to them and they will not see you as a patient. Never heard of such a thing in my life. Beware and avoid if necessary. Much better and friendlier physical therapists in the area! Don't support such a vile practice.
