My experience with this doctor and organization has been extremely poor. Not only did they not document my ER visit accurately (be sure to ask for your medical record and review it carefully), they attempted to remove a critical piece of my chief complaint. Several weeks ago I sent a complaint directly to them...I have yet to hear a word from them. A couple of weeks ago I called and spoke to someone...they said they had no record of the complaint (I have a US Post Office delivery receipt), and again stated that what I told him didn't match the record (because it was incorrectly documented and information removed). I have yet to hear anything from them still. Unbelievable!!! I will pursue this complaint in any and every way possible. If you have a choice...do not use this group. They are the ER docs at St. Joseph's in Phoenix, but I believe they are in other areas too.
