Our first contact was on a Zoom a week earlier and this was our first in person appt to follow up on a nasty bug bite. Very informative , explained the steps we needed to take, tests we needed and why and potential additional appointments needed for a full recovery. Followed up by phone the day after first tests. Appreciated her compassion, knowledge and communications with us.
