Defeated

Dr Webb was great. The rest of mine and my children’s not so much. Never in my life have I ever left an eye appointment feeling so defeated and quite frankly poor.Even when going back the next day to to and fix the problems from my appointment the day before. I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about even when I had to pull my benefits up myself to show what was covered. I am saddened by they way I was treated both days.

Unprofessional, no patience

Dr. Webb was very rushed and unprofessional. I was prescribed contacts for the first time. She had no patience when the contacts did not work for me. It turns out I was prescribed the wrong size. I have had to spend additional time and money elsewhere to get the proper fit.
