I LOVE LOVE ANNETTE, SHE IS ALWAYS THOROUGH AND IS ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS. SHE GOES ABOUT AND BEYOND FO ME. I TRAVEL ALMOST AN HOUR FOR APPTS WITH HER BECAUSE I DON'T WANT ANOTHER DOC, ONLY HER.

Awful, she did not listen to my needs. Would never recommend her.

Annette was the most professional nurse practitioner and had been extremely attentive. She is the only one who has ever listen to me and truly helped me with my headaches

Extremely unprofessional staff. They called at the last minute to cancel my wife’s original appointment. She had taken a day off of work to make the appointment. My wife rescheduled for a zoom however was unable to make the zoom due to a work issue. She called to reschedule and was told that the Dr. advised they would not allow her to make another appointment because she missed the zoom. So to be clear the Dr. can cancel anytime however it’s not acceptable for a pt to have a scheduling issue? It’s amazing that they talk down to people as if they are the customers. Well definitely don’t need another rude Dr. or staff member and will gladly find another Dr.

Awful, go to a real MD if you have headache problems.

Went today for an IV fluids and mag and CICI was sweet and friendly and Annette is another story. I do not trust doctors and she just made me even more weary of them. And I told her I HAVE A PHOBIA of needles and first my left arm iv cath slipped and I got nerve pain and numbness in my hand (not her fault)... but then she moved to my right arm and was poking and prodding after I was clenching in pain and I specifically told her... it was not in my vein and she proceeding anyways and now I have a huge bruise because low and behold guess who missed that vein as well. Should I add that she brought things in my chart back from you know.... 7 YEARS AGO.... so good job Annette. The reason why I do not trust people - and you confirmed all of that.
