I was seen last night in the ER. Ms. Ferguson treated me well, explained what had gone wrong (that had brought me there), detailed the options I had (and her recommendations), but ultimately, left the choice to me. I was impressed with her attention to my problems. I did have to wait a bit for her to get to me, but mine was not the most pressing issue, and others probably needed me more. Thank you, Ms. Ferguson, for your care.

Absolutely awful experience with her in the ER. I broke my leg. She left me suffer in pain for hours before I got an X-ray. She never listened to me or talked to me. All she said was "you can't be in so much pain without any swelling"! I couldn't get X-rays because I couldn't move my leg. She was rude, condescending, snappy, irritable and impatient. Most of all she was ignorant and I wouldn't trust her with any patient. I was ignored- she had no idea what happened and she didn't care.
