Anne is an excellent therapist who has helped me focus on a sense of efficacy and what I can control! I feel safe being vulnerable with her as well!

Anne has helped me make such a positive change in my life. She communicates in the way I can understand. She is direct, and that is what I need. She is straightforward and that allows me to be. She is compassionate, informed and caring.

I just had my second appointment with Anne, and I think she is awesome. I don't want a therapist who babies me. I want someone who works with you without babied. That's what I like about Anne. The front office ladies are awesome. Always friendly and smiling.

Ms. Conser is an extraordinary counselor. I was tentative at the beginning, but all beginnings for me are tentative. Anne is extremely professional yet empathetic. Her goal is to help her clients conquer fears and heal. Her technique, EMDR, has been the only program which has helped me resolve my problems, and I have been working on my issues for years. I am grateful my internest referred me to Ms. Conser.

Our first visit she just kept asking why we did not get a divorce. She was very unfriendly and not compassionate at all. She straight up told us at our last visit that she is not the counselor where you can sit and talk about what happened during the week between us. How do we fix things if we cant talk about our problems? I was crying through the entire session and felt so bottled up cause she would not let me get anything out. She cuts you off and reprimands you if you talk out of turn.
