I appreciated that she recognized why I was there. She acknowledged my concerns. And was able to help me. We discussed which medication would be best for my infection.

Annie has ALWAYS treated me as though I'm a part of the family, I've never felt as though I've been ignored or misunderstood and I've had plenty of issues and questions. Annie is exemplary in her knowledge. She always shows concern for my well being as well and allows me to feel as though I'm someone she genuinely cares about. She's a gem!
