Anne is awesome, she has helped me through several negative times in my life. She makes you feel comfortable, which helps in expressing your thoughts and issues. Over the years she has taught me many coping techniques and how to problem solve. She is a great listener and helps you focus on the good not the negative. Making you feel good about yourself, boosting your confidence. I highly recommend Anne.

I have been working with Anne for over a year now, and my sessions with her have been vital to my battle with depression. She truly takes the time to get to know her patients and is so wonderful at developing a relationship based on trust and respect. I just can't say enough about her. She is so easy to talk to, super flexible, and is passionate about helping her patients. On many occasions, she texted me information that she thought would be helpful to my journey outside of our scheduled appointment time. Anne truly cares about her patients and their success. She doesn't just hear what is said to her, she actively listens and asks the perfect questions to help her patients dig for answers.
