Anna Lee, PA-C

After three trips to urgent care and one to the ER, I had immense ear pain, conflicting diagnoses for weeks, I was able to get into Anna. She quickly nailed the less common ear infection type. The treatment was necessary torture, but it solved the pain that day and defeated the infection subsequently. I would fly to another state to see Anna for an ear issue before going to urgent care again, unless I just need the checkbox referral.

Was seen without much of a wait. Very professional staff. Felt reassured after visit. Anna Lee explained clearly and included follow-up information.

I have seen Anna Lee several times for the same problem . I have been to other doctors who didn’t help me. I always get relief and appreciate her dedication to help me . She is professional and knowledgeable . Glad I found her !

She is very very professional. Took her time to explain us everything step by step. So glad we have her as my daughter ENT dr. Very polite and took her time to explain our concerns about my daughter issues. We had a very stressful situation going in and out to the ER do to an ear infection that turn out bad. After going to the ER, Urgent Care and her pediatrician. And not knowing what was happening in the ear canal. One of the drs send an urgent referral to see Dr Anna. We got scheduled the same day we went to see her dr. Glad we did my daughter was in so much pain. Dr Anna did a great job. I have no words to express how grateful I am. Thanks so much for made my little one feel much better. ?? You are simply the best Highly Recommend ??????????

This was my fist appointment with Anna Lee. She listened to my issue regarding my ear and did an excellent job of clearing up the problem and suggested a future course of action.

She was very helpful, kind, compassionate. She explained what she was doing and what to expect. She reassured me that if I had any more trouble to call.

Anna diagnosed my earache as TMJ. She was the second PA I saw in 3 days. The first was at my primary care and referred me to an ENT. Ended up in emergency two days later with shingles along the V2 nerve of my face. The ear pain is all in that nerve. To be fair, I’m not sure she was able to see the lesions already forming in my throat and mouth so I don’t fault her in that. Lots of suffering.

Dr. Lee is very good at explaining test results - even comical at times! She is thorough and intent that one leaves feeling all of their questions were addressed.

Dr Lee was understanding, explained things well.

The ENT east clinic has been very wonderful to work with this last year. I see them often for allergy shots. The are very accommodating to get me in to see the Doctor and with scheduling my shots each week.

During my visit to the Oregon clinic ear nose and throat Department, I was treated with great deal of courtesy and professionalism. I would recommend Anna Lee to anyone that has a ear nose and throat problem. She explained everything perfectly and provided terrific care and treatment. If I could give her six stars I would!
