I've seen Anna twice, just for annuals. I really like her bedside manner. She's pleasant, personable, clearly communicates and asks good questions to understand symptoms. There were things she asked me during my last appointment that I would've totally forgotten to mention had she not brought them up, which ended up being important information. She's not pushy, which is important to me. I love how her office calls to share even positive (not just negative) test results. The office is always clean.
