Have been seeing Ann now for about 4-5yrs! Explains condition well! Easy to talk to! Doesn’t rush the appointment and always says if you need anything to call!! I use My Chart to ask questions and always get feedback!! Love her and will refer her to anyone looking for a NP

She just quit
I waited several months for an appointment and originally I was impressed. I had follow up visits scheduled. I called in and left a voicemail message asking about what I should do about insomnia and never got a return call. Instead of that she just quit the clinic entirely leaving patients with months of appointments already scheduled. I had to find someone else to pick up the prescriptions and future care. She is definitely not a reliable healthcare provider

Simply put, Ann Mason is wonderful. She is professional and competent and makes me feel at ease (which is HUGE because I am terrified of going to the Dr., dentist, etc.). Ann has always been punctual for my appointments and has an uncanny way of remembering small details of my life. I was a bit hesitant about switching from a Dr. to a NP for my primary heath care provider but have absolutely no qualms about the care I have received from Ann.
