Ann is extremely black and white and if you are not having success it is because of your attitude. I followed her advice to a T and within 8 hours was having unusual results so I wrote to her. She did not respond to the question and told me what my thoughts and motivations have been in my life and even had opinions about other decisions in my life that are unrelated. She advised me like a social worker, not answering questions regarding blood sugar.
