Ann Faucheux, PA

She refused to see me today because I had “cold symptoms.” She said instead she would do a virtual visit, and then if she determined I needed to be seen, she would see me outside behind the Ochsner building, like a common street drug dealer. Her nurse did not even ask what symptoms I had over the phone when she called to cancel. She would have learned I had no fever, or any other symptoms consistent with covid. I am also vaccinated. When I questioned the absurdity of a doctor refusing to treat a patient, the nurse explained to me that Ochsner was “a wellness clinic,” as though only well people would be admitted into the building. I’m sorry, but how many well people choose to visit a doctors office? I wanted to make sure I didn’t have an ear or a throat infection but since she refused to do her job, I have no way of knowing. In refusing to see me, she also eliminated the chance to test me for covid; if I had been positive she could have quarantined me but now we’ll never know.

Love this provider 100%. Always my first go-to for all medical questions, concerns, ailments

I have never had such a bad experience with someone who is supposed to be a medical professional. She was rude, defensive & argumentative. She either wasn't listening to me or didn't care about the pain I was describing. She is, obviously, in the wrong profession. She'd be better off working for a veterinarian as she's definitely not a people person. She tried to tell me I had a tension headache. Left & went to Lakeview Hosp. ER, had an MRI and found I had a bulging disc pressing on a nerve.??

I can honestly say, in 74 years of life, and having a background as an Army Special Forces Medic, that Ms. Faucheaux is in the top 5 of completely useless providers that I have ever met. Not only was she rude, argumentative and stubborn - she doesn't listen when a patient reports dangerous side effects. Her prescription was dangerous - and when I called to report it, hoping to get another option, she abruptly said, "thanks for the feedback" and hung up - leaving me with no resolution

Ann is the best! She has the most amazing bedside manner and is honest and trustworthy. Will always go to her!!!!

She was EXTREMELY condescending and offensive. She has NO business being in the healthcare field with that horrible attitude. I can't imagine that she has EVER made anyone feel better. Worst medical encounter I have EVER experienced!!!!!
