Is condescending and arrogant when you make suggestions as to what you think is wrong. Yells at you when you attempt to treat yourself at home until you could get in for your appointment. Belittles your decisions and won't let you explain why you made the decisions you did until you could be seen. I feel worse after seeing her than I did before I went.
