Dr. Ann Cherian, OD

I’ve used Dr. CHERIAN for about 4 years now, she takes the time to walk me through options, addresses any concerns I have and has been great to work with. It’s a convenient location and the appt hours have been very flexible for me and my family.

She guessed a diagnosis for my eye and prescribed medication. Well the medication didn't work. She wanted me to come back for another appointment and co-pay after she misdiagnosed me and told me the medication she prescribed is what works for my condition. Since she had already diagnosed me, why does she need to see me again and on top of that charge another co-pay? Give me a better prescription. I felt like she's really not interested in patient care, but just getting paid.

Dr. Cherian has been my eye doctor since I moved to the Houston area in 2015. She has always been kind, professional, and accurate to a T with my prescription. She's also helped me any time I've had an allergic flareup and caused my eyes to get scratched. She is always thorough, and more than happy to help me out with both contact and glasses prescriptions during my exam. I am sad that I've moved from the area and have to find a new eye doc.

First visit gave me a very high prescription for my eyes. I couldn’t see while driving. I went back 2nd visit I asked her please give me my old prescription which was currently working for me I was comfortable in. I had my 2 year old baby with me so she was crying up a storm. She kept trying give me eye exam after I told her my baby was crying and could she just give me my old prescription. After almost 10 minutes my baby crying she gave me prescription but still wasn’t what I had ask her for. Horrible doctor. Hopefully the prescription she gave me will be ok on my eyes. I
