Ann Cartwright, PA-C

I had a fantastic visit with Dr. Cartwright. It was one of the better medical appointments I've had. She took the time to cover every concern, ask questions, and thoroughly explained potential treatment options. Nothing was rushed during the appointment. I was really comfortable sharing my concerns.

On two occasions, I have not been able to get my stimulant approved by Ann Cartwright on a timely basis. The first time, I had to wait three weeks before all the problems were solved. Now I am going through withdrawal again. She never returns calls. The assistants say there is nothing they can do. Choose another sleep specialist.

Dr. Cartwright is a great doctor and has fantastic bed side manners with her patients. The follow up from her office is very disappointing. I jumped through so many hoops to take the sleep study and ultimately get fitted for a mask. I was guided to a medical supply store to buy my mask. Unfortunately this supply store was very late in seeing me and very unprofessional. I decided I didnt want to deal with them anymore as I would be billed monthly and didnt want ongoing customer service issues. Big mistake on my part, i should have ignored the horrible service and bought my mask here. I didnt, my bad. I have called Dr. Cartwrights office four times and cant get a response nor a new Supply store. I was told I have severe sleep apena and that I needed treatment right away. I am now noticing how our medical community could care less about the patient and more about seeing as many as possible and not responding after the appointment
