We have seen her two times now at a convenient care - both times she was extremely rude, parent shamed me for NO reason at all, and had my daughter in tears. Also, on BOTH occasions, she MISDIAGNOSED my daughter, one time so severely that she was taken to the emergency room later that night and airlifted to Iowa City for a collapsed lung that this woman somehow missed.... Will never see her again!

I work in healthcare, manage multiple clinics, and understand the importance of quality healthcare. My experience with my son at Genesis Urgent Care was by far the worst encounter I have had with a provider. Anita was very rude, never introduced herself, came into the room more worried about telling me how to parent my child and everything I do "wrong" vs actually looking at my child who had a 102.1 fever. She was more annoyed I did not go to his pediatrician even though they were closed.
