Horrible. I have a meningioma that has not grown over last 5 years therefore she said it never needs to be checked again. What kind of doctor would do something like that. What if it does grow? I will definitely be seeking out a different doctor

Does not have good bedside manner

Ms. Jones does not care about post surgery patients pain increasing to unbearable levels a week after surgery. Does not address concerns from patients or other medical professionals caring for those patients. She was going to let me suffer an entire weekend with pain level a constant 8 that increased to a 10 with movement. I was literally trembling in pain and no sleep for 2 days. The home health RN called the office before she left from my 9AM visit. Note in my chart app by Anita stated the RN called about uncontrolled pain and I requested a return call. I called the office that afternoon and was told by the answering service everyone was gone for the weekend. Anita didn’t return my call or do anything about the pain knowing I would have to suffer 3 days with no relief whatsoever. Thankfully the rest of the staff has compassion. They contacted me and took care of me after I had started crying and hung up on the answering service. I would recommend this practice, but NOT this PA!
